Both the teams won have won 3 matches in the super10 round. West Indies have one more match to play against Afghanistan and they are unbeaten so far in the tournament where England have played all the 4 matches out of which they won 3 matches. Till yesterday the second team for the knockout round is not clear but British team wash away all the possibilities of South Africa and Sri Lanka to qualify in the next round of the tournament by winning their last match against Sri Lanka by 10 runs.
Now from Group 1 of ICC T20 World cup 2016 Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and one of the favorite team of cricket fans South Africa will fly back to their homes as they are now out of the tournament. The first Semi final of World T20 will be played 30th March 2016 and the second one on the next day.
If we look on to the group 2 , New Zealand team won their all 4 matches they have played so far in the tournament and qualified to the semis but the fight is still open for the second slot. The big match India vs Australia on 27th March 2016 will decide the 4th team of the semi finals of T20 World cup 2016. The match will be played at PCA stadium Mohali and will start at 7:30 pm.
