One of the oldest and best cricket format “Test Matches” are back in game. New Zealand will tour South Africa for a Two match Test series which will be played in the August 2016. The South Africa vs New Zealand 2016 Test Series Schedule has been announced by both the nation’s cricket board. The first match will be played from 19 August and the second one will be from 27 August. Just after this series NZ will tour India for Test & ODI series. It has been quite long when blackcaps tour the SA. So both the cricket board planned for the Test series. Unfortunately there will be no ODI & T20 matches are included in the tour. Have a look at the SA vs NZ 2016 series schedule which is given below.

It will be almost 20 days tour for the Kiwis where they will only play 2 test matches. There is no information about practice matches before the series for the guest from South African Cricket board. The first match will be played on Kingsmead, Durban and the match will be at SuperSport Park, Centurion.

If we look at the ICC Test Rankings of both the team, black caps are on the 5th place with 98 rating where the host are holding 6th place with 92 rating points. The squads of both the teams will be announced by respective boards soon. Hopefully AB de Villiers will be the captain of South Africa where Kane Williamson may lead New Zealand in the upcoming series.

The super ten round of ICC T20 World Cup 2016 has comes to end and from each group two teams have qualified into the semifinals and they are West Indies, England from Group 1 and New Zealand, India from Group 2 . The 1st semi final of T20 World Cup 2016 will be played between the team who tops the points table in the Group 2 that is New Zealand and the team who is on the second spot in the Group 1 that is England, so the grand battle will be NZ vs ENG at Kotla, Delhi on 30 March 2016.

Till the last match of the super 10 the semi finalist are not decided but after the India vs Australia match where India registered their 3rd win of the tournament all the stats are cleared. Now in the 1st semi final New Zealand will take on the England team in Delhi. The live score of the match will start at 7:30 pm which you can check here too. The toss will be very crucial for both the teams as due factor will there in Delhi which creates lots of problem in gripping the ball for the bowlers.

If we look onto the previous performance of both the team England lost their first match against West Indies where Chris Gayle stood in front of them and with his 11 sixes innings of 100* runs snatched away the win from them. But after that match they proved all the critics wrong and one by one won all the other three matches against Afghanistan, South Africa and Sri Lanka. Joe Root is the leading run scorer from their team scored 168 run in 04 matches in the tournament.

New Zealand team will try to continue their winning Juggernaut at kotla too on 30th March and move towards the final of ICC World T20 2016. They have defeat all the four team in their group India, Bangladesh, Australia, Pakistan. They have defended low total too which shows the quality of bowlers they have. Martin Guptill is the leading run scorer from their team scored 125 run in just 03 matches. The young Mitchell Santner spinning the ball on the Indians pitches very well. So the team is pretty confidence with their past performance in the World T20 2016 so far and the 1st semifinal NZ vs ENG will be a good fighting match. It will be full of entertainment for sure. So are you ready for the live action of the grand match on 30th March.

The 28th Match of ICC T20 World Cup 2016 will be played today between New Zealand vs Bangladesh on 26 March 2016 at Eden Gardens. Both the teams are at extreme corners of point table as New Zealand is enjoying the top position by remaining unbeaten in the Super 10 stage till now whereas Bangladesh is at bottom and has lost all the 3 matches they have played. Thus in Today’s NZ vs BAN T20 match of T20 World cup 2016 a win or loss to any of the team will not effect the point table as New Zealand has already secured its position to knock out stage and Bangladesh chances to enter the next round is impossible. But still expectation of match to be super interesting is high as both the teams will surely want to register a win to boost their morale. Kiwis will wish to remain unbeaten and tigers will be looking for a single win before returning their home. So if you don’t want to miss a single ball of the match, then you are at the right place we will update you with live score of the match NZ vs BAN.

Before the tournament has started they were not considered favorites. But with their super performances they have astonished the Cricket Pundits and are now the strongest contenders for the title. The team is not relying on any individual as all the players has made their contribution to proceed towards the next round. NZ has proved their worth in the very first match of the tournament where they defeated India by 47 runs and considering them an easy side will harm you only. They not only defeated India but also win over their rivalry and the strongest contender Australia. The team continued their winning engine on against Pakistan also. Though their batsman are doing well but converting their performance into big one is the only area where New Zealand team is lacking except Martin Guptill who is the only half-centurion in the team . Looking into the bowling attack in the T20 World cup 2016 tournament, they doing marvelous for the team.

Bangladesh on the other-hand will be looking for their single win in the super 10 stage so that they can return to their country with their head held high. The team has disappointed their fans and was unable to carry forward their wining momentum in the tournament. Bangladesh cricket has shown an enormous growth since last year and has given a tough challenge to the strongest team. Though they have lost all three match in the tournament till now but they gave tough fight to their contender except the match with Pakistan where they fell an easy prey. The team came back into the tournament where they fought till the last over against Australia, but lost the match. In their match against India the team shows a brilliant performance till the last three balls were left when they need just 2 runs to win. The team’s inexperience paid a loss and they lost 3 wickets on last three balls and India won the match by just 1 run.

The next match will be NZ vs PAK of T20 World Cup 2016 at PCA Stadium, Mohali on 22 March 2016. The match will start 7:30 pm. Currently New Zealand is on the top of the points table by winning all the 2 matches they have played so far, one is against India and another one is against Australia. In both the matches they have performed extremely well with the bat and the ball too specially the performance of the spinners are remarkable. In the tournament so far Pakistan have won one match against the qualifier team Bangladesh by a big difference but lost one against India.

If New Zealand win this match than they will be qualified for the semi finals of T20 World Cup 2016 and If Pakistan looses the match then it will be very tough for them to proceed into the knockouts of the tournament.

If we talk about the performance of both the team New Zealand is way ahead Pak team. They have won 4 matches out of 5 recently played T20 matches where Pakistan won only 3 out of 5. Also, kiwis are on the 3rd position in the ICC T20 team Rankings where man in greens team are on no. 7. So these ranking shows the team history and the performance but as we all know anything can happen in the game of cricket.

Just After the qualifiers of T20 World Cup 2016 the very first match of the tournament will be played between India and New Zealand on 15th March 2016 at Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium, Nagpur. It will be full power pack T20 match in Nagpur, all the tickets have been sold out. All cricket fans are waiting for the grand event from a long time and now its action time. Both the team are placed in Group 2 of Super10 round.

If we look at the form of both the team, India has recently played a T20 Series with Australia where they won all the 3 matches. Just after this Asia Cup 2016 where 5 back to back wins and became 6th time Asia cup champions. Now India is on the top of the ICC T20I ranking which is showing how good team is performing. The team is loaded with one of the best opening pair Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan. Both the batsman are performing remarkable. Then the great Virat Kohli who is currently on 2nd position in ICC batsman ranking in T20I, one of the successful batsman of this format Suresh Raina, the sixer king Yuvraj Singh and the captain cool MS Dhoni. So the batting strength of the team is up to the mark where Ashish Nehra, Jasprit Bumrah, Hardik Pandya are ready with their pace attack and the trump card of India R Ashwin and sir Ravindra Jadeja will be there to spin the ball. So the whole team looks so balanced and have all the ability to lift the T20 World Cup again.

New Zealand never won such title in the past but this time they don’t want to lose opportunity and will make maximum from it. Kane Williamson will be the captain of the team as Brendon McCullum announced his retirement from all international format of cricket recently (Feb 2016). If we look at the recent team performance they won T20 series against Pakistan with 2-1 and win 4 T20 matches out 5 they played recently. They are on the 4th position in current ICC T20I team ranking. The team is capable of turn the game at any point. Corey Anderson who has a record of fastest century in ODI format on 36 balls, Martin Guptill the only new Zealand player who scored double hundred in ODI, Kane Williamson are some of the batsman who can hit big sixes and impart the momentum to the innings any time. If we look onto the bowling squad, who can forget the speedy Trent Boult. He was one of the successful bowler of 2015 ODI World Cup and impressed all with bowing performance. Mitchell Mcclenaghan, Tim Southee are their to tackle Indian batsman. So both the team are strong and no one can predict who will start their World T20 2016 tournament with a win.

New Zealand team has not been able to make the trophy in their name and their best performance was in the first T20 cricket world cup in 2007 where they managed to reach into the semifinal stage. Kiwis has played 25 t20 world cup matches with 48% of winning (11- won, 12- lost and 2-tie).
