Both the teams will be having different objectives in this tour. While the Proteas will be eyeing redemption after what was a dismal show at the World Cup, the Virat Kohli led Indian team will be eager to perform at their best in home conditions. The Indian team will also be soaring high on their recent dominating victory in the Caribbean where it was exciting to keep an eye on the live cricket score.

A much younger and inexperienced South African team will feel the heat under the Indian conditions especially in the absence of Faf du Plessis who has been excluded from the squad for the three-match T20I series. In Faf’s absence, Quinton de Kock will serve as his deputy. Faf will remain in charge of the Test side. Rassie van der Dussen will serve as de Kock’s deputy in the series while Bavuma has been named as vice-captain of the Test side. 

The T20Is are scheduled to be played in Dharamsala, Mohali and Bengaluru . The Tests will be played in Visakhapatnam, Pune and Ranchi. This Test series will mark the Proteas’ first in the ICC World Test Championship.

Both squads have some serious talents in them, however there is an evident difference in experience. While the Indian team boasts tons of experience in Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Ravindra Jadeja and Shikhar Dhawan, the South African team has some serious young talent to offer in the likes of Theunis de Bruyn, Senuran Muthusamy, Rudi Second etc. No one can challenge the abilities of these wonderfully talented cricketers, but at the same time it’s not ignorable that the Indian team will have a clear upper-hand in terms of experience especially in Indian conditions. India is known to dominate in the sub-continent as the conditions are supportive towards Indian players. As far as T20s are concerned, it can be anybody’s game as the conditions matter but not that significantly in the shorter format of the game. The Test series will be the real test for the Proteas. In this series an inexperienced South African team made of youngsters will find them under the pressure against an Indian team that has both experience and supporting conditions. 

But it would be absolute foolery to rule out the possibility of the South African youngsters surprising the experienced Indian team. After all it’s a game of cricket and cricket is the most unpredictable game in the world.

West Indies vs India 1st Test Match Prediction :-

Before we move towards Prediction. Lets First of all look at the performance of both the team. Taking the host first, West Indies has a very good side with good pace attack. But in the past they have not performed well in the test match format due to which they are on the 8th position on the ICC Test Team Ranking. Update (28 June 2016): The schedule of the New Zealand tour of India 2016 has been announced by the BCCI and it will start with the first test match which will be played between 22 September 2016 – 26 September 2016 at Green Park stadium, Kanpur. The ODI Series will start from 8 October 2016. Full Fixture given below .

Recently Team IND visited Zimbabwe for a ODI and T20 series than a test match series against West Indies in Caribbean and after that NZ cricket team will fly to Bharat for a full pack cricket game having flavor of test as well as ODI too. There will be no T20 Match between both the teams which every cricket fan will miss.

The dates for the series not confirmed yet but it is expected that the first test match will be played in the third week of September and till the end of October 2016 the ODI series will be concluded. The venues for both the formats has been announced. Indore, Kanpur and Kolkata will host the 3 test matches between India and New Zealand where Kotla, Mohali, Ranchi, Vizag and Dharamsala will host the ODI series against Kiwis.

Zimbabwe vs India 2016 3rd ODI Match Prediction :-

If we look at the current ICC ODI Team Ranking, India is on the 4 position on the table where Zimbabwe is way behind on the 11 position. No doubt Men is blues are having good rankings but this time all new squad has been selected for the tour in which all the players are youngsters, MS Dhoni is the only experienced player there. So ZIM have good opportunity to take advantage of. For the series Graeme Cremer is selected as the captain of the team for the series.

If we look at the players of both the team and their individual performance than it looks like that IND will win this 3rd ODI of the series. All the players, specially bowlers have performed extremely well. Jaspreet Bumrah picked up 4 wickets in the 1st match and destroyed the batting order of the opponent where Dhawal Kulkarni took 2-2 wickets each. Yazuvendra Chahal who is on his debut was very impressive with his spinning deliveries and took his first wicket of Richmond Mutumbami and in the 2nd ODI took 4 wickets and becomes the Man of the match. Zimbabwe was only able to score 126 runs at the loss of 10 wickets in 34.3 overs (2nd ODI)

Despite of inexperience, youngsters performed well. KL Rahul scored his first hundred on his debut match in the first ODI. He has shown his temper out there and batted sensibly, with the help of 7 fours and 1 six he scored 100* runs with a strike rate of 86.95. Karun Nair, Ambati Rayudu, Manish Pandey, Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav are in the middle who can bat and can chase down any big total. In the lower order Axar Patel is holding the spot who can hit big sixes and add some quick runs to the total.

If we look onto the Zimbabwe squad, They have Hamilton Masakadza, Elton Chigumbura, Craig Ervine, Chamu Chibhabha who are good with the bat and can score runs for the teams. But they have to tackle the Indian fast bowlers. They have to bat sensibly and try to put some good runs on the board and then should accelerate the total. They have avoid silly mistakes and keep the wickets in their hand.

In the bowling department captain Graeme Cremer is leading from the front with Tendai Chatara, Taurai Muzarabani. In the 1st ODI match Chamu Chibhabha was impressive, he has bowled out 8 overs and only spend 14 runs with a maiden. Chatara was the only bowler who got the wicket in that match. In the last match bowlers have nothing to do as they were defending a score of 126 runs which is almost impossible that’s why Man in blues chase down the small target with ease. This time they have try little harder to take some early wickets and push Indian batsman onto the backfoot.
