The one of the replacement for CSK and RR due to ban on both the team for the next two-year is Rising Pune Supergiants who is included last year to maintain the format of eight teams in the league stage. Mahendra Singh Dhoni will be the captain of RPS team IPL 2018. New Rising Promoter are the owner of the team and Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium, Pune will be their home ground. In Indian premier league two teams are from Maharashtra State one is famous Mumbai Indians and other is Rising Pune Supergiants. The IPL 2018 is starting from 5th April and the very first match of IPL 11 will be SRH vs RCB.

The squad will be coached by none other than former New Zealand cricketer and former coach of CSK Stephen Fleming. Australian captain Steven Smith, South African captain Faf du Plessis, spin king R Ashwin, Indian middle order batsman who use to open for Rajasthan Royal Ajinkya Rahane are some of the key players of Pune squad. Also if we looking for the 2018 auction. Last year they have bought Mitchell Marsh, Kevin Pietersen, Thisara Perera which have all the ability to change the game at any moment. So the team looks strong and under the captaincy of Dhoni it becomes more dangerous for the other IPL teams. Total of 23 players are in the RPS squad for the upcoming season of Indian Premier League.

Yes the Indian Premier League reached to the tense stage, every body want to know the teams going into the play-offs of IPL 2016. Big Match standing ahead RPS vs DD which will be played on a new venue that is at vizag which is decided due to drought conditions in Maharashtra. The match will start at 8:00 pm and the live broadcast will be shown on Sony Max and Sony Six. This will be the 49th match of the league. Total 56 matches will be played to decide the top 4 teams which will go to play-offs of IPL 9. Cricket fans started to predict the result of the match and in this article we will going to tell you the RPS vs DD match prediction with all the sides of the match and the effect on winning or losing the match on both teams into the tournament. So go through the article for better prediction and preview of the match.

Previous Matches and Performance of both the teams :-

Let’s first look at the Delhi Daredevils, they have very good tournament so far. DD have played 11 matches out of which they have won 6 matches and with 12 points they occupied 5th place on the points table. Now If they want to qualify into the play-offs they have to win 2 matches out of 3 which is not a big deal for them if we look on the teams earlier performance. They have lost last match against Mumbai Indians by 80 runs which was a big defeat for DD. But never mind and Captain Zaheer Khan have to back up their boys and impart the confidence into them and go hard into the upcoming match against RPS.

Delhi has one of the best bowling lineup of IPL 2016. Zaheer Khan, Mohammad Shami, Chris Morris, Carlos Brathwaite are the pacers they got which are efficient do far for them. In the spin attack Amit Mishra is there with his leg break balls along with Imran Tahir. Also Pawan Negi and JP duminy can bowl too in pressure situation. So definitely they have good bowling attack. If we look onto their batting, this is the main thing on which they have to work hard. Their Batsman are very inconsistent, none of the batsman scored run consistently in the tournament. Quinton de Kock is the leading run scorer from DD. He is also given out in the last couple of games which was bad decision. Only de Kock is looking good with the bat. Flop show of other batsman continues from last few games. Every body know that Delhi have talented young players like Rishabh Pant, Samju Samson, Mayank Aggarwal but if they score runs in a match, then in the next few matches they struggle in getting runs. So this inconsistency is one of the main cause of their 5 defeats so far in IPL 2016. If DD want to win the match against Rising Pune Supergaints they have to improve their batting.

RPS has played 12 matches and only 3 wins for them so far in the tournament which quite disappointing for them as well as the fans. This is the first season for the Pune team and due to injuries to the main players they lagged behind into the IPL 2016. RPS has 6 points and is on the last position in the points table. Two more games to go and MS Dhoni will try to end the tournament with couple of wins so that confidence of players boosted up and In the next season of Indian Premier League they can perform better.

If we look onto the batting lineup of the team, there is no Steven Smith, no Kevin Pieterson, no Faf du Plessis in their squad due to injuries happened to them and they have returned back to their countries. Usman Khawaja and George bailey is called for the replacement but none of them performed in the tournament so far for which they are known for. Ajinkya Rahane is the leading run scorer from the RPS team, score 417 runs in 12 innings so far with 6 fifties. MS Dhoni, Saurabh Tiwary and Thisara Perera are there in the middle order which have the capability to hit big shots to add some quick runs into the scoreboard.

In the bowling squad, there is no Mitchell Marsh as he is also ruled out of the IPL 9 due to the injury. So the bowling line up also struggling too. In the pace attack RP Singh, Thisara Perera and Rajat Bhatia is there. R Ashwin, Murgun Ashwin along with the Australian bowler Adam Zampa who has taken 6 wickets recently are holding the spin attacks.

So the players are there but performance of them is not upto the mark which caused RPS to out of the race of the play-offs. But the upcoming RPS vs DD match will be tough fight for the both teams and we know who Dhoni can change the game with his great captaincy. So we will have a good match between both the teams and it is difficult to predict the winner whether it will be Delhi or Pune.

Toss :-

In the last match MS Dhoni choose to bat first which was not a great decision and cause another lose to the team. In the upcoming match we will see the captain who will win the toss will go for the bowl first as per the trend going on in the IPL 2016.

Toss Prediction :- In the upcoming match, as per our prediction, MS Dhoni will win the toss and go for the field first.

Key Players of both the team :-

Delhi Daredevils :-

Quinton de Kock

Rishabh Pant

Chris Morris

JP Duminy

Zaheer Khan

Rising Pune Supergiants :-

MS Dhoni

Ajinkya Rahane

Usman Khawaja

Adam Zampa

Thesara Perera

RPS vs DD Match Prediction : Who will Win

Prediction of cricket game is one of the difficult task and when it comes to T20 cricket it is very much difficult. One Player can change the whole game. In IPL 2016 standards of players increased and you never know when a young players step in and play an extra ordinary innings which leads to the victory. In the upcoming match our prediction says that Delhi Daredevils will win the match but as we said any thing can happen into the game. So what you think who will win the match. Delhi or Pune ?

As today is the weekend so there will be two back to back m Matches in IPL 2016 ,first one will be RCB vs GL and the second one KKR vs RPS which will be another grand battle of the Indian Premier League. Kolkata Knight Riders will be taking on Rising Pune Supergiants at Edens Garden today on 14th May 2016. The match will start at 8:00 pm and the toss at 7:30. The playing XI of the match is predicted here which will be confirmed at the toss. This match will be very important for the Kolkata Knight Riders as this win almost confirm their position in the Play-offs where Rising Pune Supergiants already out of the tournament. So in this article we will give you all phases, performance of each time and also the KKR vs RPS Match prediction with all the possibilities.

Teams Performance in IPL 2016 :-

Rising Pune Supergiants : This is the first season for them as they have included into the tournament in place of Rajasthan Royals and Chennai Super Kings who were banned due to fixing allegations in 2013 season by supreme court. RPS has started the tournament with a win in which they have defeated defending champions Mumbai Indians but from there downfall in the performance of team started. Due to the injuries some of their main players ruled out of the tournament which is one of the main cause for such performance into the IPL 9. They have played 11 matches so far and only on 3 occasions they manage to win the match. With 6 points they are on the last spot in the points table. From last few matches they have lost the game with a very narrow difference and who can forget when SRH defeated RPS by only four runs. So now team looking good, the batting and bowling combination is quite balanced. But four important players, Kevin Pietersen, Steven Smith, Faf du Plessis and Mitchell Marsh are not with them because of the injuries which can be feel in the performance of the team. Usman Khawaja and George Bailey are the new members of the team which are signed as the replacement of injured players, but none of them performed well in the last 2 matches they have played in the tournament.

In the batting department Ajinkya Rahane is the top run scorer among the other batman of the team, scored 417 runs in 11 innings with 6 fifties. He is at no. 4th in the list of leading run scorer of IPL 2016. He is having most fifties in the tournament too. So team is pretty much dependent on him and yes he is delivering too, scoring good runs for the team. But since Faf du Plessis is not there with him to open, the opening pair not giving good start to the team. Hope in the upcoming match Khawaja will score runs for which he is famous. Saurabh Tiwari is also performing from last few matches. In the slog overs Thisara Perera is also handy and can hit big sixes for which he is known. MS Dhoni is also not seen that effective in the tournament which he is used to in the previous season. The new spin attack provided the strength to the bowling department. Yes we are talking about the Adam Zampa who has taken 6 wickets in the last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad but unfortunately RPS lost the match by 4 runs. Perera, Rajat Bhatia, RP Singh there in the pace attack who have ability to provide early breakthroughs. In the spin attack one of the best bowler of T20 cricket Ravichandran Ashwin holding the hands with Zampa. So If we look on both department then there is no big name in the squad but can win the match if all the players contribute their individual performance. RPS is already out of the tournament, they have nothing to lose from here but some good wins will boost the confidence of the players and the fans will love to watch their team winning again in the Indian Premier league.

Kolkata Knight Riders :- One of the strong contender of IPL 2016 title KKR is all ready to win the upcoming KKR vs RPS match. They have wonderful season so far. They have played 10 matches out of which 6 wins in their bag and with 12 points is on 4th position in the points table. If they will win this match against RPS with a good difference then they also have a chance to top the table with 14 points. Now Sunrisers Hyderabad is on the top with 14 points same as of Gujarat Lions but due to less net run rate they are on 2nd spot. They have started the tournament with a win against Delhi Daredevils and from there played a very good cricket in the tournament. There are few occasions on which the performance of the team not up to the mark where they taste the defeat. But overall a good side and a strong contender of the title.

They have not so many big names in their squad but they know how to win matches. The opening pair of KKR is one of the best among the other 7 teams of IPL 2016. Robin Uthappa and Gautam Gambhir are giving their team a good start and on 90% occasion they won the match if they score 60+ runs together for the 1st wicket. One of the best thing in their batting department is that every player contribute themselves and add some runs into the team totals. We have seen Andre Russell who can hit big hits. The hero of first season of IPL, Yusuf Pathan who recently scored a very quick fifty and bring his team to the victory. Gautam Gambhir is the leading run scorer from KKR side, scored 398 runs in 10 innings. So the batting department is quite good and scoring runs for the team.

If we look onto the bowling department, Umesh Yadav, Andre Russell, Morne Morkel holding the pace attack and are very effective so far. Russell have taken 14 wickets in 10 matches and is recently awarded with the purple cap but now the cap is given to Mitchell McClenaghan who has 17 wickets in his bag. In the spin attack Brad Hogg one of the most experience player who is still playing cricket, Sunil Narine the one who is known for his brilliant deliveries and his economy, Shakib Al Hasan the Bangladeshi spinner who is also popular for his batting. So the squad is fully equipped with good bowlers, good batsman and all rounders like Russell, Yusuf, Shakib. The upcoming Kolkata Knight Riders vs Rising Pune Supergiants match will be full entertaining match for sure and at eden Garden it will be houseful.

Earlier Encounter :-

As this is the first season for Rising Pune Supergiants there is no previous season matches between KKR and RPS. But in IPL 2016 they have played one match in which Kolkata won the match by just 2 wickets. That was a nail-biting game. So now Rising Pune Supergiants have the chance to make it 1-1 and clear all the accounts with Kolkata.

Toss :-

The team which will win the toss in the match will have extra advantage. As we can see the trend in IPL 2016 the team batting second are winning matches. So in the upcoming KKR vs RPS match we will see the team which will win the toss will go for field first.

If we have to Predict Toss of Kolkata vs Pune match then MS dhoni will win the toss and go for bowl first.

Key Players of the Match:-

The Match no. 17 RCB vs RPS of one of the biggest and most popular T20 cricket tournament Indian Premier League will be played today on 16th April 2017 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru which is the home ground of Royal Challengers Bangalore. As today is Sunday two matches will be played in IPL 2017 that why this match will start at 8:00 pm. The match is between Indian captain of ODI & T20 format Mahendra Singh Dhoni and the Test format Captain Virat Kohli. Both the team are lagging behind in the tournament and the team which will won in this RCB vs RPS match of IPL 2017 will alive their chance to qualify into the Play-offs. You can find the preview and RCB vs RPS prediction of the match below.

Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Rising Pune Supergiants Match Preview :-

Lets have a look onto the RCB performance in the tournament, They have played 7 matches in the league out of which they have got success in winning the match. Bangalore team has one of the strongest batting line up among other teams. The cricket legend AB de Villiers, Australian all-rounder Shane Watson, one of the hardest hitter of the ball and who is known for his long sixes Chris Gayle and one of the most consistence cricketer of 2016 Virat Kohli are there in the squad and all are performing and scoring runs. The problem is with the bowling, yes they have worst bowing performance in the IPL 2017. They have scored 180+ runs many time in the tournament but defend only one time in front of Rising Pune Supergiants in which they won by 13 runs. They have Mitchell Strac in their squad but due to injury he his out of the tournament which weakens their bowling unit. No one bowler is looking impressive. If we look onto the names only Kane Richardson looks better among their other bowlers. They have to do lot of work on their bowling. From last two games, they haven’t score enough runs as well, de Villiers bat is quiet in these two games which is one of the reason for not boosting up the score in the slog overs. Hope in the coming match batting and bowling department will give their 100% and bring victory to the team which is much need for them. RCB is on the 7th Position in the points table with 4 points. They have played 7 match and 7 more matches still to go for them and if they want to move to the next round of the IPL 10 they have to beat RPS. Virat Kohli is the leading run scorer of the tournament so far scored 433 runs in 7 matches with 4 fifties and 1 century which is good for the team. Lets see how they will perform in the upcoming match against Rising Pune Supergiants.

The RPS team is struggling with the injury almost all big overseas players got injured and rule out of IPL 2017. First Kevin Pietersen, then Faf du Plessis injured due to fracture in his finger, after that Mitchell Marsh and just few days back the Australian captain Steven Smith out of the tournament due to injury in his wrist. So the big names are gone but Pune franchise signed Usman Khawaja and Geaorge Bailey as the replacement which strengthened the batting line up of the team. The Rising Pune Supergiants won their last match against Delhi Daredevils by 7 wickets which bring the confidence into the players if the team. Khawaja and Bailey both have played their first match of the tournament against DD and will be ready to rock the tournament in the upcoming matches. Ajinkya Rahane is the leading run scorer for the team. He score 343 runs in 9 innings with 5 fifties. Saurabh tiwary is also looking good from last two innings. So the batting is improving match by match. In the bowling department Rajat Bhatia, Ashok Dinda, Thisara Perera, Murugan Ashwin are looking good but they Key bowler R Ashwin is not impressive with the ball so far. In this season his magic with the ball is not tickling up. Hope he will be back with his magical deliveries for his team.

Rising Pune Supergaints have played 9 matches so far and only able to snatch 3 wins and faced 6 defeats. They are on the sixth position in the Points table. This match is very important for them. If they want to reach to the play-offs then have to won this match against RCB.

Toss : How it matter :-

As we all know in T20 cricket it is advantage for the team batting second because they have to tackle the target and at which speed. In the IPL 2017 the team batting second have won maximum matches and every captain showed his interest in bowl first. So in today’s match of RCB vs RPS of IPL 2017, both the captain will look forward to bowl first.

RCB vs RPS Match Prediction: who will win?

If we look onto the previous performance Rising Pune Supergiants looking good but we all know that RCB have big names in their squad which can change the game at any moment. So if we have to predict the winner of RCB vs RPS match than we will go with the Royal Challengers Bangalore. What you think which team will win the match today ?

Today’s match of IPL 2016 will be DD vs RPS which will be Match 33 of the tournament. The battle will start at 8:00 pm. Delhi Daredevils are ready to tackle Rising Pune Supergiants at their home ground Feroz Shah Kotla ground, Delhi. A very important match for both the teams as IPL 2016 has entered into to the second stage. Now the fight to being in the top 4 has been started between the 8 teams. This match will decide the future of RPS team as they have won only 2 matches out of 8 they have played and if they lose this one against DD then it will be very tough to get qualified into the play-offs. Delhi Daredevils is on 3rd position in the points table and by winning this match they will moved to second position and if it will be a big win then may be on the first place on the points table.

DD vs RPS IPL 2016 Match Preview :-

This is the first season of Indian Premier League for the Rising Pune Supergiants who get chance in the tournament due to suspension of Chennai Superkings and Rajasthan Royals. IPL 9 is not happening good for the team as almost all big overseas players of their teama are returned back to their countries due to injuries. Steven Smith, Faf Du Plessis, Kevin Pietersen, and Mitchell Marsh are the players which are now out of the IPL 2016. RPS franchise signed Usman Khawaja and George Bailey as the replacement and hopefully both the players will be available for the today’s match Delhi Daredevils vs Rising Pune Supergiants.

We have seen that RPS team is struggling with ball as well as with the bat too. One of the successful spin bowler of T20 cricket R Ashwin is not looking impressive and unable to provide break through to the team. Now Mitchel Marsh is also not there. So the bowling department is weak and hopefully Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni will find the solution for this. If we look at the batting, all the powerful hitters are out of the tournament. If Australian batsman Khawaja and Bailey plays in today’s match then it will definitely strengthens the batting unit. Dhoni also have to step in and a good innings from him provide the confidence into the other players too. Due to so many injuries happening to the team, RPS is now looking very low energize But we know the captain, he can do anything. So lets see how the Pune team will perform in today’s match.

Delhi Daredevils started the tournament with a lose and every body is saying that this year too Delhi will lag behind but the captain Zaheer Khan proved every body wrong by winning 5 matches out of 7. All credit goes to Mentor Rahul Dravid and Captain Zaheer. They pulled out maximum from the player. Shows confidence in the youngster which are now scoring runs for the team. Rishabh Pant who scored fifty in the last match against Gujarat Lions in just 25 balls showed how good players are trained and their confidence level. Quinton de Kock is the first batsman of IPL 2016 who scored century and going good in the tournament. The bowling unit is also looking impressive. Zaheer Khan, Chris Morris, Carlos Brathwaite and Amit Mishra are consistent with the ball. So the unit is balanced and in the form. So it will be tough fight for the Rising Pune Supergiants against Delhi Daredevils.

Match Prediction Who will Win :-

We all know cricket can’t be Predicted and in T20 single ball can decide the result of the match. But if we look onto the previous performance of both the teams and the squad of both the teams available for the DD vs RPS match of IPL 2016 then Delhi Daredevils may win the match. We all known Dhoni is known for the miracle and in today’s match too he can shocked every body by defeating DD tonight.

What you think which team will win the upcoming match DD or KXIP ? Predict in comments.

Another big blow for Rising Pune supergiants, in the recent medical check it is found that Faf du Plessis having fracture in his injured finger and returned back to South Africa for the further treatment and is ruled out of IPL 2016. Usman Khawaja the Australian batsman is called by the RPS as his replacement for the rest of the tournament. This news is confirmed by the Pune team officials and Khawaja will soon join the team.

Earlier Kevin Pietersen injured during a match and after medical check up he is also ruled out of the IPL 9 and now Faf. So two of the important batsman of the Supergiants are not with in the squad which is a big blow for the batting strength of the team. du Plessis is the leading run scorer from his team in the tournament.

Usman Khawaja is signed by the RPS for the rest of the matches of the IPL 2016. He is a brilliant batsman in T20 format. His recent performance in Big Bash 2015-2016 league was one of the best of his career. He scored 2 spectacular hundred and 2 half-century. After the league he was also called for the World T20 2016 tournament for the Australian team in which also he scored good runs.

Let’s see how he will perform in the Indian Premier League and it will be tough time for the MS Dhoni to take most out of the remaining games of the tournament. Rising Pune Supergiants is on the 6th spot on the points table, won 2 matches out of 6 they have played.

From the team of cricket99 “We wish both the batsman for their speedy recovery” .

The famous Indian Premier League 9 has started from 9th April 2016 and will finish on 29th May 2016. Like previous season, total eight teams will be competing hard to become the champion. There are two new teams in IPL 2016 who are added to replace the banned team Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals. Gujarat Lions and Rising Pune Supergaints are these new teams. In our previous posts, we have already provided you the live scores and result of the 39 matches played in this season so far. This post will bring the live score card of the 40th match to be played between RPS vs SRH on 10 May 2016 at Pune.

Rising Pune Supergiants vs Sunrisers Hyderabad is the second match when these team will be facing each other. They both have met earlier in 22nd match of IPL 9. Though RPS is new team but underestimating this team will be harmful for its opponents as the squad will be led by the most successful Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni who can change the result of the match by taking the most unexpected decision. The India vs Bangladesh match of T20 World Cup 2016 is one such example of his decision making capabilities. R Ashwin, Ajinkya Rahane, Mitchell Marsh, Kevin Pietersen and Thisara Perera are some of the key players of the team.

Sunrisers Hyderabad team made its debut in 2013 by replacing the defunct team Deccan Chargers. The team reached the play-offs stage in its first season and it was their best performance till now. In IPL 2016, David Warner will lead the SRH. Yuvraj Singh will be the key player who was brought by franchise at Rs 7 crores which made him the third most costliest players of this year. The squad of both the teams for Pune vs Hyderabad team is given below.
