Australia vs South Africa 2016 3rd ODI Preview :-

When two giant teams like these two strikes together, the match becomes more entertaining and people loves to watch tough competition like this one. Aussie are the no. 1 ranked team in ODI cricket and the current world champions. They have played fantastic cricket in the past specially against India in Jan 2016 where they have won the series by 4-1. In this Tri series, The Kangaroos has played only one match so far in tri series, in which they have defeated the Caribbean team by 6 wickets. It was a big victory for them, specially with the ball. They have made West Indies team all out on just 116 runs in 32.3 overs and they have successfully chased down the total in 25.4 overs and register their first win of the series.

Now the 3rd ODI of Triangular series is knocking up the door of both the teams. South Africa has lost his first match against West Indies but this time they will make sure that the mistakes they have made earlier would be avoided and a decent total on the board will help their bowlers to defend the target. AB de Villiers will be leading the Proteas. If we look at their batting lineup Quinton de Kock and Hasim Amla will open the innings. de Kock has impressed every one with his talent and is in good form where Hasim Amla is one of the most consistent player of the team. Three of the teams will play ODI cricket after a long time as few months back the grand World T20 2016 Cricket tournament was held in which the host WI won the title and shocked every one with their performance. Jason Holder will be the captain for the upcoming series where AB de Villiers and Steven Smith are the skipper of South Africa and Australia respectively. Faf du Plessis is not there with the SA squad due to an injury in his finger (In IPL 2016 )

Currently Aussies are on the top of the ICC ODI Ranking, the confidence of their players will be on the top where South Africa is on 3rd and West Indies way below on the table (8th position). Due to poor performance of Caribbean team they also haven’t qualified into the upcoming event ICC Champions Trophy 2017.
