In the past one year Afghanistan cricket team has improved their performance and defeated World T20 2016 Champions West Indies and Zimbabwe in T20 and ODI series. They have played lot of cricket recently which helped their players to enhance their skills which will surely help the team on the upcoming tour. Asghar Stanikzai will be the captain of the sub continent team who is an excellent all-rounder where Irish team will be led by William Porterfield who is known for his batting.

Mohammad Shahzad is one of the top run scorer for AGF team from last 1 year. In the T20 World Cup 2016 the world came to know about him. His batting style is phenomenal. He use to attack the bowlers in the power-play and try to give a quick start to the team. Mohammad Nabi is impressive with the ball as well as with the bat too. There are many other players in the squad who can give a good fight to the host.

Experience of Kevin O’Brien and Niall O’Brien will help Ireland team to tackle the Afghani bowlers. Captain will be leading the batting line up of the team and will try to take the revenge of earlier defeat in the T20 World 2016. There is not much difference in the ranking of the teams and it will be tough competition between both the teams in the upcoming series. So are you ready for the epic thrill ?
