CRICKET99 Cricket Live Score ,Matches & Tournaments Adelaide Strikers is one of the six team of Australian T20 cricket tournament Big Bash League. The team is the member of the tournament from the inaugural season of the league i.e from 2011. So far we have seen 5 season of the tournament and this will be the sixth edition of the league. The squad of Adelaide Strikers for the Big bash League 2016-17 has been announced by the team franchises. Brad Hodge will be the captain of the team as we have seen last year where Jason Gillespie will be the head coach of the team. Adelaide Oval is the home ground of the team having capacity of around 53,500 people.
The Strikers has never won the BBL T20 title so far nor reached to the finals of the league. Hope this time they will be back with full fire. Total 18 players are the member of the team which will play in the tournament this year. Kieron Pollard, Mahela Jayawardene and Adil Rashid are the 3 overseas player in the squad and rest of the players are from different Australian domestic cricket team.
